About Raw Material:

Boright rotomolded ice cooler box made from LLDPE, short for Linear Low-Density Polyethylene which injected with PU(Polyurethane) formed insulation, and is sealing with good quality freeze style silicon gasket to keep the ice retention time up to 6 days.

Boright cooler box hinge system was built into the body and lid for added durability and they have been connected by 304 stainless steel rod, so damage and rusty will never be problem you concerned.

Many wonderful colors could be offered for your cooler enquiry, such as solid colors white/sand/tan/black/grey…… and mixe color camo and so on. Kindly pls find some popular colors as the below and let us know if you want any customized color.

Production Flow

Professional rotomoled plactic cooler box production flow:

Boright Cooler engineers have more than 8 years experenice with cooler box development in this field. All of coolers will be inspected by QC from rotomolding to final packing. With the strict quality control, Boright rotomolded ice box cooler chest get the good feedback from customers.

To offer the premium coolers, Boright cooler are always doing the best to make every cooler unerstand the strict quality control of process flow. All of boright coolers will be under 100% inspecition by the professional QC. The third inspection is acceptable as customers’ request.

Rotomolding process :

1.Puting enough LLDPE material into mold.

2.Load mold on rotomolding machine

3. Heating and Rotation in the oven almost 20-30 minutes

4. Rotation ,Cooling and plastic body ready. around 20-30 minutes

5. Repair the burrs(molds Parting line)

6. PU formed insulation injection, around 10 minutes

7. Assemble, inspection and packing.
